Terms

Launch terms for a narrow public beta

These terms keep the product aligned with its intended role: a source-backed workflow service for pharmacists, not a substitute for official source verification, employer policy, or patient record systems.

Beta service scope

ScopeUp is a public beta for Ontario pharmacy workflow support. The service currently focuses on reviewed reference content, practical tools, profile setup, corrections review, and marketplace discovery for shifts and jobs.

Features that would materially increase legal, privacy, or operations risk remain out of scope until explicitly launched, including PHI storage, claim submission, payouts, and patient-specific AI support.

Professional use expectation

Users are responsible for applying pharmacist judgment, employer policy, current regulation, and official source documents before acting on any workflow recommendation, billing reference, or marketplace listing.

ScopeUp content is designed to help orientation and preparation. It does not replace direct verification with official sources, local policy, or professional standards.

Accounts and submissions

  • Keep sign-in links and account access limited to your own workspace.
  • Submit only information you have the right to share and that fits the no-PHI rule.
  • Do not use ScopeUp as a patient communication channel or document repository.

Availability and change control

Because ScopeUp is in beta, routes, reference coverage, and workflow details may change as source reviews, launch priorities, and regulatory timelines evolve.

ScopeUp may revise or remove incomplete features that create clutter, overpromise functionality, or fall outside the safest launch scope.
