ScopeUp (scopeup.ca) is provided by ScopeUp Inc., an Ontario corporation (corporation number 1001772844). By using ScopeUp you agree to these terms. Questions: support@scopeup.ca.

ScopeUp brings together tools for Ontario pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy owners: minor-ailment assessment support, clinical and dosing references, calculators, intervention-code references, practice news, a relief-shift marketplace and a jobs board. ScopeUp adds and improves tools over time.

Tools for individual pharmacists and technicians are free. Services for pharmacies, such as the AIMS medication-safety module, are paid subscriptions. AIMS is free for pharmacies until billing starts on April 1, 2027.

ScopeUp supports a licensed professional's decisions; it does not make them. You remain responsible for applying your professional judgement, current regulations, your employer's policies and the official sources ScopeUp cites before you act on any clinical, billing or coverage information.

• Use your own account and keep your sign-in codes private.
• Give accurate information. Licence verification and job-posting approval are done by ScopeUp administrators.
• Never enter patient health information, except in tools that say they work only on your own device.
• Don't misuse ScopeUp or other users' contact details, try to get around its safeguards, or copy its content in bulk.

• ScopeUp connects pharmacies with relief pharmacists. It is not the employer of either party and does not hold or transfer money.
• A booking is final when both the pharmacy and the pharmacist confirm it. After the shift, ScopeUp prepares an invoice and the pharmacy pays the pharmacist directly.
• Cancellations follow the rules shown on the shift page.
• Each party is responsible for its own agreement, taxes (including HST), insurance and professional obligations.
• Job postings and community shift leads come from third parties. Confirm the details with the employer or pharmacy before you rely on them.

ScopeUp Inc. may change features, and will update these terms and the date on this page when the terms change.
