Built behind a real dispensary counter

ScopeUp is built and maintained by a pharmacist-owned team in Toronto. It grew out of a working community pharmacy: every workflow on this site exists because someone behind the counter needed it during a real shift — a minor-ailment assessment between patients, a pediatric dose check with a parent waiting, a taper calendar a patient could actually follow.

It is free for Ontario pharmacy professionals. The same team also builds PillDelivery, a delivery-management platform for pharmacies.

Ontario scope, program, and billing content comes from official sources first: the Ontario College of Pharmacists, Ministry of Health Executive Officer notices, Ontario regulations, and Health Canada. Clinical guidance draws on recognized references and guidelines, and every minor-ailment workflow lists its sources on the page.

New regulatory notices are summarized and linked to the source document — the summary is never a substitute for the source. When a rule changes, the workflow it affects is updated alongside the news item.

Practising pharmacists can submit corrections and source suggestions from any page. Submissions are reviewed before anything goes live; nothing user-submitted publishes automatically.

ScopeUp's servers store no patient data, and the tools are built so they can't. Any patient details entered in a guided consult stay in your browser on your device — assessments and printables are generated client-side and are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to ScopeUp.
