Use ScopeUp as reviewed workflow support

ScopeUp, provided by ScopeUp Inc., is intended to support pharmacy workflows with reviewed sources, dates, and status markers. It does not guarantee claim payment, legal sufficiency, therapeutic appropriateness, or payer acceptance.

Every clinical or billing decision still requires direct review of the cited source, current effective dates, local policies, and your own professional judgment.

Do not enter patient-identifying information, chart notes, medication histories, or case-specific clinical facts into ScopeUp. The only exception is an AIMS incident report, which takes de-identified event details (age range and gender, never names or health card numbers). ScopeUp is not designed to store or process patient records.

Shift and job surfaces are for opportunity discovery and workflow coordination. Trust indicators, quality notes, and rate context are informational only and do not replace direct discussion with the owner, recruiter, or hiring site.

Shift bookings are arranged directly between the pharmacy and the pharmacist; ScopeUp does not handle pay.

• Calculators and print views are workflow aids and must be checked before use.
• Printed tool output is working reference material, not an official patient chart or adjudication record. AIMS printouts are your pharmacy's own medication-safety records; the pharmacy remains responsible for meeting OCP requirements.
• If any result looks incomplete or stale, verify the source rather than relying on the generated output.
