Allowable drugs under Schedule 4 (7)

- Ciclopirox
- Clotrimazole
- Ketoconazole
- Miconazole
- Terbinafine
- Tolnaftate
- Undecylenic acid
Symptoms this assessment screens
- Itching in the groin / inner-thigh folds
- Red, ring-shaped rash with a raised scaly edge
- Worse with heat, sweat, or tight clothing
Red flags — any positive means refer
- Weeping, pustular, or rapidly spreading rash
- Scalp or nail involvement
- Immunocompromised or poorly controlled diabetes
- No improvement after 2 weeks of OTC antifungal
